looked under your hood lately have you? I am taking a bit of a risk (especially in Ca. with our sh!t 91 octane). It remains to be seen if I have tip in detonation, as it did when the car first started running (but the gas was about 4 months old). My understanding is that it is actually more effecient to make compression by making additional boost, rather than upping the compression especially on bigger turbos. But I am using smallish turbos (JWT 530s) and wanted the extra torque and spool response. I am breaking the car in on 100 octane and then will try our wonderful 91 octane and see if it detonates under light throttle (the initial advance is something like 45 degrees, so I may need to have a flip switch program done by JWT. One for 91 octane and one for race gas at the strip or on the track). From the little I've driven it, it has spectacular throttle response and goes into boost (I limit it to around 5 psi right now) easily at 3,000RPM. And hi to you Don and Eisho, Mark
