Message	you remove the rear wheels and tires, which each weigh, what, like 40lbs? 80 lbs of rotational mass with a huge moment of inertia would make a pretty big difference in terms on hp readings. Definitely a lot more difference than a lightweight flywheel and driveshaft, I would think.
