Message	it has some great info in it but, ..this is what 'i' did after 350 miles ..drained oil from the engine and cooler - replaced after 500 miles ..drained oil from the engine - replaced after 1000 miles ..drained the oil from the engine - replaced after 2000 miles ..drained the oil from the engine - replaced with syn-oil. stay below 3k if you can, dont boost, and start with dino-oil (non syn) thats a rough thing to go by
