Message	and socket for the pivot point, its not snug, and will make noise. i had one on my NA, and i hated it. i was able to do a few things to make it decent, but it was very clanky, notchy, and just flat out crappy. if you want a shorter shift, modify the stock one, its possible, i did it, and i love it, i am pretty sure thats what woody75 and silvertwin do...if your gonna get one, go with one of theres or do it yourself, there is a write up in auto-faq. the modified stock is the way to go, everything else you will more than likely think sucks
