What do you do when the vendors give conflicting info and their reasons sound legit? You dig deeper. JWT/ ASH / KYLE / and Garret said these turbos can boost higher than 23psi. Specialty Z originally said that they can't boost higher than that and then changed their position. However - I do agree with their statement about shorter turbo longevity. Nuff said about that. This is not like a car accident on the side of the road whereas everyone needs to stop and look. Certainly people are smarter than that. For the record again - JWT deals with me because of prior purchases that I have made - not my current mod setup idiot. Like Specialty Z, they have excellant technical support. I have purchased these JWT products (ie: JWT Sport 500 / JWT sport 600 / Multiple JWT Stage ECU's / JWT HD clutch / JWT single pop and dual pop intake ) and have had indepth conversations with JWT about stock turbos smoking and the dynamic seal and the benefits of a 3 inch exhaust vs 2.5 inch exhaust. Nixit - you assume far too much. Like I originally said - you don't have to read this stuff - you can vote to delete. If you were right about people not wanting to read this - the post would not have so many hits. Think about it.
