Message Let me begin this by saying I don't know what's up today with people who get speeding tickets and acting like it is the LEO's fault for pulling them over. If it was 5mph over, so what? It's still breaking the law - quit bitching! You are relying on the officer's discretion to work in your favor any time you speed, but you can't win em all, just accept it.

I got pulled over on my way to work today, going 60 in a 45. Simple as that, no story, no excuse. The officer was very friendly and did not assume anything (even though I am 19 in a red sports car with pod boost gauges yadda yadda). He was super nice and even gave me some advice on how to fight the tickets in court.

Anyway, does Passport have the guarantee to pay tickets outright, or was that only V1? And I wonder how I didn't catch the signal before, I'm fairly certain it wasn't Laser, regular ole KA band. It only started going off when the cop was right behind me.

ALSO - I had read on here a while back about TX not needing front plates anymore. I asked the LEO to confirm this and he told me there is no such thing. He also said that there is nothing on the horizon or in the works to phase out the front plate law in TX. Anyone have any more info on this?

Once again, all you hypocrits who choose to fly the anti-cop flag so prominently need to learn to grow up and take responsibility for your actions. And respect the law. That is all.
