Message	You keep missing the most simple fact. A given turbo can only flow sooooo much air period. The temp of the air will effect the density of air and change the given power as it relates to that air flow. The most simple fact remains with Seb's configuration...... The turbo is designed to flow 35 LBS PER MINUTE and SEB'S CAR HAS to be in the 42 LB PER MINUTE flow range to produce 669 RWHP. THIS TURBO IS BEYOND DONE AT THIS POWER LEVEL. At this point I am done as well. This is very basic stuff here. Best of luck with your car.
