Message	output. I buy them based on the compressor maps, turbine plots, ect. I care much less the "rated max power" and moreso the manner (speed, time) in which that power is delivered. If these turbos make no more power past 21 psi (within the specified efficency / not making crazy heat), then they are simply not the turbo I was sold (it is simply not performing how it is adversited to perfrom in its specifications). Simply saying "its ok they still make plenty of power" is not any answer a critical thinking person should accept. Again Greg, I am really glad you are taking the time to help me see your point of view and whether I disagree with your conclusions or not - you should know I still very much respect your opinions and appreciated you taking the time to show me how you came to them.
