Message Quick announcment here in General about the availability of the 350Z Track Edition Rotor Adapter kits:

I've been working w. Kuah @ SPLParts (the original US source to GMS) to reintroduce this kit to the Z32 market. We've made a few design alternations to improve strenght and fitment as well. This batch uses T2024-T3 billet aluminum vs. the previous 6060 stock. T2024-T3 is significantly stonger and more rigid but still lighter then steel. Adapter thickness has also been stepped up and finally this kit does not require the use of shims or washers to space it for use w. the 350Z rotor.

Sales info:
Larger brake rotors, even with stock calipers, can provide a significant improvement in braking over stock rotors. The larger diameter moves the caliper further from the center of the hub, which gives the caliper more leverage thus increasing brake torque (with the same pedal pressure and pad friction). The larger rotors also have more thermal mass, which reduces brake fade. The big brake rotor upgrade is a very cost effective upgrade that provides real improvements to braking.

This kit uses a CNC machined billet T2024-T3 aircraft aluminum adapter/bracket that will allow stock 300ZX calipers to be used with 350Z 12.8" rotors (vs. 11.7" stock). All new grade 10.9 mounting hardware which exceeds factory specs and a full color, 300ZX specific install guide.

Note: 30mm calipers required, kit does not work with early 90 Non-Turbo model 26mm calipers. 17" wheels (min. 385mm inside diameter) required for clearance.
