Message	I doubt you will be able to get out of the ticket completely, unless you can some how prove that he pulled over the wrong car. They are not required to show you their radar guns after they catch you. However, it would be a point to argue in court. Then again, a lot of the time the judge with take the officer's word over yours. Explain the conditions, dark, foggy, rainy and you were in a dark SUV, just like the one that passed you and the person in front of you. You may be able to get it reduced to just a speeding ticket.
