Message	if you can do that, you can get out of the ticket. simple if you cant prove it wasnt you, then thanks to our justice, it sucks to be you. if you plead not guilty and get a trial, youd stand a chance of him not proving it was you. dunno, id say youre beat. i lost a ticket that said i was going 40 in a 25. cop said he saw me go straight through a light and passed him. i told him i *just* made a right out of the gas station and saw him so i obvisouly wasnt going to haul ass. i even had a reciept for the gas with the time on it. it got reduced to a 35 in a 25, iirc. win some, lose some.
