5 Speed Conversion Parts -> based off of Z1's list plus anything that we noted along the way: 5 speed transmission w. correct speed sensor & rev. light switch (test the switches before install)
5 speed Drive Shaft w. new Center Bearing & bolt spacers or 1 Piece unit
3 Clutch Hard Lines w. junction box & 1 heat shield
Shifter assembly w. new bushings, rubber boots, leather boot w. retainer collar & metal ring, knob - check for damage on the shift lever & support, they tend to get tweaked in transit from Japan.
Striker Rod - again check for damage, replace if needed
Shifter support brace - check for cracks in the rubber mount
Transmission shield/spacer (upper & lower)
Transmission Mount - auto is the same but prob. worn and due to be replaced anyway.
8 Flywheel & 9 Clutch cover bolts w. washers
Clutch Kit (TOB, pilot, friction disc & cover), clutch fork, pivot ball, springs & fork boot
Flywheel - resurface if needed
Master & Slave Cylinder
Braided clutch line
Clutch pedal w. hardware (cotter pin), sensors & pigtails
Brake Pedal (optional) or new pedal rubber cover
5 Speed transmission harness
3qt MT90, 2qt 75w90 diff fluid
Rear main seal
