The stock wheels are very "bulky" looking, not in that they look heavy, just that they have lots of surface area. In the 16" factory iteration they dont look bad, although many people prefer an aftermarket style, but make that same wheel in 18" diameter with the same proprtions as far as the amount of "wheel-to-opening" ratio is concerned, and I think it just wouldnt look right. Think of it like those ghetto flat dish wheels with the small slit openings in them that you see on "pimped out" ghettoed '92 Lexus LS400's. That much metal/wheel just doesnt look right with so little rubber on the sidewall.
