Message	Usually you would go to his bank with the money in your hand. You will hand the money order/cashier's check/cash over to the bank and they will hand you the title. The bank will then refund the difference back to the seller. Of course you will need to contact the bank ahead of the time so they would have the title ready. With the amount of money involve with buying the car that's the only way I would do it.
