Message	I think you meant, keeps air out from under the car to help create, a vacuum/low pressure area, under the car to create down force. But basically yeah, control air under the car at the speeds reached on a race track to improve high speed cornering. :keeps the air under the car. :in other words, it creates downforce between the front and rear wheels and controls the air thats under car.
