I chased a bad idle and hesitation for quite a while before I questioned my "working and clicking" injector. It either wasn't working at all or very little even though it "sounded" fine. Pull the coil pack plug. If it doesn't make any difference when it's idling, it's not working. Mine measured 30 ohms, and like I say, it sounded fine, and no fault codes. I decided to give it a shot and changed it out, and it's like a new car again.
