| I am going to open my mouth, which I probably shouldn’t because it won't do a dam bit of good. But the silliness of some recent posts makes me want to speak up. The guy asked for pictures of items he has worked on. This wasn’t a "here is my car give me your opinions" thread. This was directed to those people who have worked with him before and are able to send pictures of the finished/assembled product. In other words, if you are not one of those people, why then are you wasting your time with this thread? I understand chiming in when someone posts about a vendor that has delivered bad goods. But from what I have gathered here on TT.Net so far, Miles has given quality items for decent prices and most seem to be very happy? I guess I am a little bias; I live here in San Antonio and know Miles personally. I shoot from the hip and rarely beat around the bush, semi-abrasive in person to people that don’t know me. If I thought Miles was a bad guy I wouldn’t continue to know him. But I have continuously seen him bend over backwards to help multiple people here in San Antonio. Hell he went up to the Dallas area a few weeks back to help a girl’s brother who recently bought a Z and was having trouble. With gas prices the way they are, that easily set him back $50+ bucks and the guy is currently out of a job. How many of you would have done the same? My point in this thread wasn’t to make Miles into a saint or to “suckass” as some might answer back. Everyone has faults and somewhere along the line make mistakes. I am sure Miles has had his fair share as well. I don’t read or post on this board everyday so my guess is something happened and he has pissed off the “popular crowd” around here. My point however is that something, whatever it is, is completely unrelated to this thread, meaning by definition, you are being a troll. The thing that everyone hates the most about forums, yet many of our everyday crowd seems to do it constantly. Hijacking threads and making them completely about their personal vendettas instead of about, oh my, the Z car and its products. I am willing to bet there are many people who agree with everything or most of what I just said. However they are either to scared of those “popular” types or to weak to speak their own mind. Yes men; go back in your fox holes and start to practice thinking for yourself. Now that I have opened my mouth, I am sure I will now be blacklisted here. This will somehow warrant several posts of my horrible taste and that I dared to put a CF hood on my car. Even though this thread has nothing to do with that. In the end it doesn’t really matter. I just hope some of you guys stop before posting and realize some people make this place part of their life. I could care less if anyone here likes me or my tastes. I know Miles, and I know he enjoys the relationships he has built with many here. The he said she said stuff is just so silly, it is ridiculous that it is being played out by grown men. The worst part, Miles doesn’t even fight back, he rolls over in hopes that it will go away and yet it keeps up. Rant over! Dam that was long too ?
