: Now I have to break my engine in, How many miles should I put on my motor before I boost it and take it to the dyno?

at least 1000. 2000 is better. i went 3000 before boosting :-)

: Now, I was wondering if anybody here can really help me with the correct tuning procedure. Here are my variables
: 1-sx fuel pressure regulator
: 2-AFC\

leave everything at zero and tune according to the wideband o2 sensor on the dyno. fwiw, my settings are 3000 +5%, 3500 +8%, 4000 +5%, 5000 -5%, 6000 -10%, 7000 -10%. move in 3-5% increments for the fastest tuning. move in 1% increments for the safest tuning.

: 3-boost controller

watch your aftermarket boost gauge to see what your boosting at and adjust your controller accordingly. what you set the boost controller is not necessarily what you'll get.

: 4-CAS ignition timing

leave at 15.
