May have been an isolated incident, maybe not. The car was prone to pinging at less boost than it should have. We pulled the ASP pulley off, checked against 2 stock ones and one UR, and the timing mark was off on the ASP one. Causing the timing to be 5 degrees advanced. When you set it to 15 degrees with a light it was actually at 20. So I scribed a mark in the right place and marked it with a paint pen. Bob reinstalled it and the issues were solved. This is bad! I suggest everyone with a TT with one of these pulleys check this out. I noticed those cheap E-bay Chinese ones were 10 degrees off a few months back. Everyone that buys one of those with a TT is probably going to get more than they bargained for.
