Message	i'm hoping you have already filed a complaint with ebay...if not, do that right away...you can also get his contact info from ebay and give him a call, but you may have to wait a certain period after you file the complaint, cant remember the exact details of how ebay does it....last, i know someone who called the local police of a person who didnt ship an item, and the cops actually went to the seller's house and talked to him face to face... gluck
