Message	I do know this guy, and his car, it is not blown nor is it far from stock. The race was on a long, fairly bumpy straightaway that is the local spot to drag cars. It is not the best strip, but it is marked and there are rarely cops. The pavement was dry in the middle but a little wet on the edges, we spun our tires about equally of the line, but he got the better start. He was about a car lenth up after the first quarter of the strip and he stayed that way the whole time, I just couldnt pull on him. He said that he thinks that his car pulls 14.5-15 second quarters. There is definately something wrong with this picture. I am new to driving the car, but I didnt mess up the shifting enough to merrit such a loss. I am trying to find a good Z mechanic but am new to this city and dont really know where to start. I am going to take it in for a tune up and a dignostic check I think.
