Message	when they have to ask a coworker the answer a question for them... when I sold Infinitis for a year (right before the coupe came out) I was the "Go-To" guy for tech/random questions about every vehicle we sold... thankfully, rather than lie to the customer, they'd simply come ask me and I'd give them the facts...
