Message space if the turbo is not reaching it's potential (notice I didn't say full potential). Pushing 1 ~ 3 lbs would barely get the turbine spinning enough to make a difference. As it is, when the twin turbos are in safety boost (7 psi), there is a noticeable power loss over stock (9.5 psi) boost. A larger single turbo at such a low boost pressure is essentially an anchor.
