Message should only be done on z32 chasis that were not available with tt engines. So a 2+2, vert or slicktop would be a better choice to swap with. Also better to do it yourself, much much better.

Cliff Notes: USE SEARCH

With that said, emotional ties to a car and lots of time/money can sometimes override the common sense notion of selling the NA and buying a nice tt.

Onto the shop issues, Z1 has had a reputation of doing the most swaps, unfortunately they have the reputation of having the worst service as far as big ticket builds go. I personally have no gripe with Z1. Doubt I'd use them myself but that is neither here nor there, I have ordered parts from them and was happy with there service.

My advice is to check out all your options when this level of financial committment is involved.

These are the companies you will need to run a search on.
Z1, SGP, MSW, Specialty Z, RZT Performance, that you get you going.

Good Luck with whatever you do.

The Z32 is one of the serious Japanese performance cars that is revered by owners of four-cylinder front-drivers, and one way that opinions on cars will always fall is that looking "cool" is nowhere near as good as looking -niiiccceee-. Kels300Z 00:08:35 11/16/04
