Message : First of all the dyno operator was late by couple of hours. We wanted to do it early morning before it heated up for the day. It got warm around 87 degrees in the shop.
: Then the dyno operator wouldn't let no one but him drive the car on the dyno. We did about 6 or 7 pulls all together only about 2 minute a part from each other . The water temp got up to 190-200 degrees and he wouldn't let the car cool down good between runs. The dyno operator said the water temp is fine wanted to make more pulls. Hence the car was getting heat soaked.

: The first run at 16lbs we got 495 hp. My friend with the expensive wide band 02 registered 13.6 ratio. We were running dangerouly lean. He richened up a little on the AFC and got 11.6 ratio which is much safer. We lost about 30 hp doing that.

: We turn the boost up from 1.1 to 1.3 . The car did 5XX on the graph. The clutch also let loose and slipped on the dyno towards 6000 to redline (Last time I am getting a RPS Carbon Fiber disk). It turn out to be 533 and 450 ft. lbs of torque.

: That was the most we can get with the heat soaked motor and slipping clutch.

: Interesting note on the Techdom my friend said the ignition timing stayed a 17 degrees and didn't budge higher during boost. He said that is too much timing to take out for 1.3 bar. My friend said would expect low to mid 20s in the ignition timing. I am wondering if the car is in safety boost mode or that is the intended timing JWT programmed at that boost level.
: I was getting error code 42 which is fuel temp sensor. I don't know if that would cause safety boost and pull timing back.

: I need to get a new stronger clutch, go to a different dyno shop and investigate this timing issue of only 17 degrees. That would effect the power out put and torque.

: Something unrelated to the dyno runs. After taking the car off the dyno, I was having difficult time getting the car into reversed and 5th gear. The side to side motion of the shifter was stiff. My tranny has less than 3K on it and it is 2years old.

:

Sorry to disappoint you guys.

Congress Adds 'All Your Base Are Belong To Us' Amendment To Bankruptcy Bill
WASHINGTON, DC-- Seeking to increase fiscal accountability among citizens who have no chance to survive make their time, the House of Representatives added an "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" amendment Monday to H.R. 333, the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2001. "What you say!!!" shouted the bill's sponsor, Rep. George Gekas (R-PA), following the amendment's approval. "This bill will not only make debt-ridden Americans more accountable, but it has the added benefit of taking off every 'zig' for great justice." Opponents of the amendment protested that it would potentially set up U.S. the bomb.
