Message	I did it with the plenum on and it was a major PITA but I got it done. LOL Wrap a zip tie around the vacuum cap (rubber thingie) for that nipple and have it just barely tight enough so it doesn't fall off the cap. Then when you get the cap on the nipple, tighten down the zip tie so the cap doesn't pop off under boost. Did that make sense?
