Message	try new RCA's, check connection at both ends, power at amp. Just quick jumper rca's without running them under everything to check it. Premier logo'd Pioneer units are a two year warranty, so if you have a reciept from where you bought it they should do it under warranty. I am a pioneer premier dealer so if you have problems with the deck and getting it repaired I may be able to help. good luck with it.
