Message But i could have. Even the engine rebuild is fairly easy (other than the machinework, which you need specialized tools for). I had SGP do the machinework, and it was just easier for them to assemble for me rather than ship me the pieces. It is just following instructions. If you could assemble the Lego structures from the diagrams when you were little, you can reassemble an engine.

And to address your comment below, the point was that in your initial post, you discount both ash's and tt.net's contribution to the job that you did. You didn't do all of the legwork in finding out what needed to be changed. You didn't sort through parts fiche to find out what part numbers were different and/or compare parts between the two. You got on tt.net and read how to do it. Then you did it. You had help, as have I had help with various aspects of my build, and you claim to have done it yourself without any. Doing so devalues everyone's contribution to the vast body of knowledge here. Yes, all of us can read, but it is a much smaller percentage who can actually contribute technical knowledge that you discount so easily.

and jesus christ, start using proper words: "rebuilded", "buy", "asse", etc
