Nothing hard or unique about doing it. Lifts right out after taking out the necessary stuff. No special tools needed, other than an engine hoist, which you can rent for $30 a day if you don't have one, hand tools will get the job done fine. First time it might take a whole weekend. After some practice, you can get it out in 4-5 hours max. Its not like you're building custom motorcycles from scratch on american chopper... remove and replace parts, no fabrication needed whatsoever.

"No, let's listen to you with your $600 blow off valvers [sic] that do nothing for your performance, but make a nice loud sneezing sound. That's smart! PS - Stage III does require an ECU upgrade MORAN...You probably never even got you hands dirty working on a car. Take care toolbox!" --djtz1 he sure got my number ;-)
