Subject	Can any of you guys recommend a good starter TIG setup?

Message	The only problem is that it needs to run on 110V/20A. Side question - I have a 220V/30A connection for a washing machine in my garage. Can I modify this plug to work with a welder? I rent my place, so I can't add any new circuits or anything. If not then I am limited to 110V. So far I have found these two: Hobart STi 150 <-- Leaning towards this one Miller Maxstar 150 <-- Considering this one Esab Miniarc 150 Thermal Arc Dragster 85 <-- Cheap but looks like a POS. Any more recommendations? Thanks
