| Thanks to all that attended, thanks to all that bought tickets and didn't intend to show to make it happen, thanks to all that bought shirts/laminates, thanks to all the sponsors and members that donated goodies to raffle off! Even though it was a smaller group this year, the quality was pretty high. The now 'usual' gang was there plus some new locals. Greg & I were very impressed with the car show aspect of the dinner this year. I wasn't expecting as large a turnout as we had... damn near everyone drove their Zs (or other Nissan product), including Pat!! We had a great time at the Country Club of Syracuse, I'm sure everyone has seen enough pictures of the mess we made. So, what's left? We owe a lot of people T-shirts & laminates. If you bought a full dinner ticket but did not attend, your goodies got mailed today, thank you. For the rest that bought shirts and laminates, they will be coming soon. I haven't had a chance to do the laminates yet. These people won prizes at the dinner & they will be shipped sometime next week (I have to go get them from Mad Mike's place since he hauled most everything back for us) or you will be contacted about them. Something I wanted to mention at the dinner, but because our connection was dialup we couldn't show it was the updated RIDES section. TT XTZ has been working for the last month or so to clean up images and get them posted. It's the first RIDES update in like 2.5 years. Sorry. lol... Anyway, if you want to get you car posted, or update your images because you sold your white NA 2.25 years ago and now have a shiney maroon TT you want to show, send them in. Read the Site FAQ -> Rides submission before wildly sending in stuff please. Thanks Ashley, I'm sure you'll get tired of doing RIDES image work in short order... I would like to thank Spee for being trophey girl for this year's proceedings. We'll see who gets the title next year. Last, but definitely not least, I want to thank my fiance Mindi, who for the second year in a row has put up with all the crap leading up to this event and then soldiering through the event w/o stabbing anyone or lighting anything on fire. It was definitely another good year. SO... what's up for ZCON 06 in Dallas next May?? It's our home turf. The coasts are ready to meet in the middle w/ the Japanese piling in on top. From what I heard in the lobby bar this year, Dallas is expected to be the biggest ZCON event yet. I'm working on the actual ZCCA convention committee, our time has been set aside for the dinner & tt.NET will become an official sponsor of the ZCCA convention next year. tt.NET & 300 Degree were the first sponsors for the convention and we put all our money on the track day at MSR. It's not Watkins Glen, but MSR is one hell of a club track. Look out for a great time at the track the day after the tt.NET dinner. Be afraid, be very afraid! See you in '06!!
