Message	to say, you would have a much better chance in selling her if you get the car in top running condition. My recommendation is that you get a new Nissan short block and then you put it back on the market for $25K+. Buyers will pay for a top notch running cars but not to many of us are going to jump on something that isn't running. IMO. Good luck with the sale. :)
