Message For those that are interested in the dual fuel pump setup -- all the parts ( 95%) are in my profile . Later I will post more pics of the Fuel Pump Controller and some of the stainless steel routing and plumbing in the motor area.

Rear shot with Amp cover

Up close - u can see the amp

Rear view seen outside of the car of the amp

Some of the wiring of the second pump ( power and ground can be seen from top left. This goes down to the second fuel pump controller

Second fuel line and fittings ( stainless steel with 90degree elbow and fittings. Power wire and Ground wire and elbow tap through the fuel pump bulkhead. Holes were drilled into the fuel pump bulkhead cover ( removed from fuel pump first to prevent sparks / explosion )

Fuel pump comes out. Two walbros side by side with 1ft fuel line ( cut to fit ) connected to fittings for 90 degree elbow. You can also see how the power wire and ground are connected to the second walbro pump. I also suggest to use WD40 or some type of lubricant on the fuel level sendor. Mine began sticking and hence - I pulled the pumps out to determine what was going on. After 150k miles on a 13 year old car, parts will begin to need some lubrication I guess!

Reverse side of the pumps

Re-install of dual fuel pumps. You need to compress the fuel lines a little for the two pumps to drop into the tank.

FYI: When drilling holes in the bulkhead, make sure to use some type of gas sealant or you will smell gas fumes all day.

More pics of the of things to come later ...
