with the engine in the car (ie. cracked exhaust manifold, turbine housing, etc.). most problems in that area necessitate an engine pull, but maybe it's something you can get to (downpipe loose maybe?). I was running 24 psi and made (probably) a thousand 1/4 mile runs, dyno pulls, and an "occassional" pull on the street. The bearings seemed to hold up fine. The turbos haven't been inspected yet, they were weeping a little oil when I had the engine pulled (like I said after 140K miles), so I don't know what kind of shape they are actually in, but I can't complain.....I could but no one would listen.
