Message	but here your chances of beating a speeding ticket, even if you are guilty, is very high. Hire an good attorney and you can almost consider it taken care of. We don't have those points or anything here, just beat the case or take the hit and keep on driving. If your worried about losing the case, can't you get deferred adjudication probation (no tickets in a set period (3-6 months) and it doesn't affect your record) or defensive driving?
