whether or not a car/bike is loud. My car is plenty loud but people sure like to swerve into my lane and cut me off all the time. The fact is that too many people aren't paying attention when they drive and half of them don't check their blind spot anyways. They are busy on their phone, or have their stupid subs cranked up and can't hear anything but themselves.
