Message	hit my car in college and left the scene, then came back and parked right next to me. The officer that came to the scene after I called had me back my car next to the truck to show the way it matched the damage and took polaroids of it, then they towed the truck and arrested the driver for leving the scene of an accident. I think he got 30 days in jail, plus his insurance company paid the damages (which "totaled" my car for the 2nd of 3 times while I owned it). Rule #1 - There's always a bastard!
