REALLY!!! The last time one was legally sold in the US was 96. To find a low mileage car you are gonna need a lot of patience and maybe willing to travel to get it. Not quite sure what you mean by low mileage. Also, in CA any car that is more than 10 years old don't "need" to report incorrect mileage to the DMV. Even with CARFAX there are many ways to get around "correct" mileage. Any car that's been running for 10 plus years is going to need a bunch of new stuff. Also TT's create a lot of heat under the hood, so heat "abuse" is only natural. BE patient and be ready to pony up some $$$ for maintenance.
