Message	Eibach springs + KYB AGX + 300 deg camber kit + Stillen sway bars will get you there. That's about $800 worth of parts. For what it's worth, I have a '00 Celica GT-S as a daily driver and I think it handles much better than my '94 TT... Of course the Celica is about 1000 lbs lighter than the Z. :)
