FYI, I owned a TT w/ 140k miles on it, and spent less than $1000 in replacement parts to keep it in perfect running order. I owned a 240sx w/ 75k miles on it, and spent NOTHING other than the $ for one oil change. I now own a TT w/ over 100k, and a del Sol w/ near 100k, and although this TT has been the most pricey car, I have not spent near what you're asking for your NA. And my car is by no means stock. If someone buys it and is happy to pay that much, then great. Good for you, good for them. All I'm saying is that you're assuming that every car w/ any kind of mileage is going to cost you "10k" in repairs, and that's just not true. There is a member here with a tt with stock turbos and motor, 243k miles and going strong.

how about you man up and kill the thing? Then cut it into little pieces and scatter them on the porch as a warning to the other gummy worms not to mess with you. - Spee 00:01:50 06/03/05
