Message Hi Nathan,

Sorry to hear of your troubles.......

We do are best to offer the best product possible and we use the best materials and techniques we know of.
Unfortunately do to the extreme conditions some of us put our cars through we find that even doing our best sometimes is not good enough.
We have found that when we push turbos past there efficiency range and create extreme temperatures it is difficult to make anything live.
We have had a couple sets crack ........One set was in a car with sport 600 turbos that was running 30 psi boost ...That was way beyond the efficiency range of that turbo and he killed the turbos and engine as well as cracking the manifolds.
Another car was someone doing high speed runs at high boost going approx 190 MPH across the country and he killed his motor on that trip as well.....When you push something that hard the tuning is extremely important and can be a major contributor of failure.

If a weld cracked that would be because the weld job was not as good as it could be.
If the Inconel material cracked , Then we did the best we can do and you are running your car way past the efficiency range of your set up or your tuning is too aggressive and making too much heat.

Inconel material is used in jet exhausts and is made to handle 1600 degrees constant without failure. This means you have probably ran past this heat range since your cracking the material.

The best way to fix the manifolds is probably welding the crack and then adding a piece of Inconel material over the area it cracked to strengthen it.
If you do not change something in your set up you will probably continue to have the manifolds fail in new areas or have engine failure.

We have at least 100 sets of manifolds we have sold and only a few pushing the limits have had problems.
The first sets released were weak at the welds on the flange area and we strengthened that area and update them free. Since your not cracking them at the welds then we can not do anything to make them better and your pushing your limits to far.

The manifolds or engine are not limited to a maximum HP, But in maximum HP for a given turbo size and tuning.

We contract the manifolds out to a Inconel header specialist that builds F1 headers and NASCAR Headers. The welder does not guarantee them at all....
We do repair them for free and we pay the welder to correct them.
Under any circumstances we will fix them.

If you send me the manifolds I will have them repaired as best as possible at my expense.

Thanks for your understanding,
Greg
