Message	sticker of the ecu what size jets to use. Going off of my memory, the label should say not to exceed 2 x .032 jet size. 10 lbs bottle is the capacity of the bottle. It has nothing to do with how much NOS is being injected. Just like your gas tank is 17 gallons. 10 lbs is the standard NOS bottle size.
