Message	It's a gamble, there is no way a municipal judge is going let this one slip away. I was clearly disregarding the law in his city. I will have a better chance in the county court, I'm just looking to get deferred adjudication. Texas is great like that, I get at least 4 or 5 moving voilations a year and none on my record. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't even need an attorney to get deferred. Since it is 61 mph over the speed limit, I need the back-up.
