Message	When the car is off the gauge reads zero because its not getting power. The tach does the same thing right?.... When you turn on the car it is not in boost, its just sitting there. When the motor is running under no load it creates vacuum; Hence it being in negative pressure. When the engine is given load the turbos are able to spool and create boost, giving a positive boost reading. FUCK.
