We had kicked around putting together a secondary event for the convention. Decided on a paintball match since go-karting just didn't work out in Syracuse. The convention is having 'go karting' on Tuesday, but the locals can't figure out where or how that would be top level like Dromo-1. Paintball! [ http://www.headrush.com ] Basically we pay for a 3 hour session, including air, gun, all safety equip, and 500 paintballs (each player). We get a referee(s), choice of indoor/outdoor fields. Private session, not public. Manager said they would stay to 7pm if we want to start later (4pm). Addt'l paintballs are $45 for 2000 (split 'em up). Cost is $35 each for minimum 8 people, $30 each for 15 or more to max of 45 people. Let me know what you guys think, what time would be good on Tuesday, etc. Just have to give them a rough count over the weekend to reserve the field if we want to do it. Thanks!
