Message This is the progress that we as a people need. It is this structure that is lacking in our society today.

Every one knows that modifying your car makes you 673 times more likely to race, or initiate a race. It is only natural for the great politicians of America to take actions like this.

In case you were unaware enjoying your car responsibly is not only wrong, but illegal. Its time the public caught on to this.

As a Californian I'm proud that our state is so focused on spending money where it realy counts. It's not as though the state could use that money for any thing else. Rather than spending it on something useless like schooling (which every one knows has limited returns), they are clear headed enough to see what is needed.

Yes the American police force is great at catching criminals, which these people clearly are if they drive a "modified" vehicle. It doesn’t matter that the only premises for them to be pulled over is the suspected nature of their car.

Rather than preventing a crime before it happens, they wait till the crimes been done. Hiding away making their presence unknown, until its time to strike. Why not? Its not like people can learn and be taught, so just let bygones be bygones, and bust em when they screw up.

I can only imagine the revenue that'll be built from this! Wow it'll be great. Surely the states will see the byproduct of this. Hell maybe in California it'll be the ticket we need to get outa debt, it can be done right? Its a win, win situation.

Can you imagine the revenue that will be added on top of that by other things that are found while these people are pulled over? It doesn’t matter that these people aren’t doing any thing illegal, its the simple idea that they could...

If this goes on, maybe it can be applied to other aspects of law. It would save lots of paper work, and keep people from having to prove an illegal act was committed.

Every one seems to benefit from this. It's clearly not about generating money, or going after a group of people who are unorganized, and unable to defend them selves as a whole. This is the wonder of our society "Oh brave new world, and what people in it"...
