Message For the the Mike Smith cast manifold, he uses the ACFM # to calculated the % loss which came out with a much lower % loss number. If you read the data chart carefully, he used the CCFM # to calculated the % loss for the stock manifold which came out with a much higher % loss number. There is a BIG INCONSTANT in the chart calculation already. No wonder why he got 0 % loss. There is no way a 0 % loss in a flow system. If someone can come up something with 100% efficiency without any loss due to the sharp, that person can re-defined the law of physic in aerodynamic and win the Nobel Physic prize.
