Message	On the cruise up to Gainsville for the autoX, this laser detector proved to be extremely effective. Got hit by K, Ka & pop on the way up and received plenty of advance warning. My bud, Raul, was in front of me in his "91tt & has an older Beltronics I believe & I was picking up the hits shortly before him. When pop (LIDAR)hits you , all you can do is immediately get on the brakes hard but this seems to work. Lots of troopers on the road there but we still made excellent time thanx to my "Escort"! This is a product well worth the $340 I paid. ZR3 laser shifter will be the next addition soon so I can be totally stealth. P.S.- I found it useful not to be completely dependent on the detector. Spotted a trooper in an SS Camaro that didn't have the radar on & was able to slow down before attracting his attention. Remember to keep your eyes open.
