helping him out then. Good thing he is in the military, if he was in CA, then I would say he may have a problem, since street racing is perceived to be a greater problem there than in the carolinas. But I know first hand from my only experience with Military lawyers, that being charged with something based on false accusations with either no evidence or contradicting evidence (as was my case) is something these guys really go for. If his ADC counseler doesnt seem to be willing to go to bat for him with real fervor, contact me and I can give him the name and DSN of the lawyer who took up my case. It had nothing to do with street racing, however I was facing possible court martial based solely on someone else's testimony regarding a 3rd party's offense (kind of like the guy who crashed) which was completely falsified to save their own ass. Road rage is no better an excuse to falsify official reports.
