Message	do it, but my photoshop skills are about as good as my spelling. Both suck. Just take the picture you want to do it with... make a copy of it. Then back that copy B&W with photoshop. Then go to the original photo, use the cut tool, to cut out what you want, copy and paste that into the B&W photo. Position it directly over the B&W copy, it will line up exactly.
